The newer pieces in this series are also very interesting.

Michael Brodeur

Recently I have been spoiled rotten meeting several artists whose work I greatly enjoy. These architectural paintings I find particularly beautiful.

Mac Conner

Flipping through American Art Review from November to December I was reminded of this great brain. I am particularly interested in his idea of removing middle values, and his start as a sign painter.

Paul Thek

When I went to see this show, I remember being so uncomfortable and grossed out by stacks of meat that my ability to look at a lot of the work was thwarted by my own stomach or lack there of. The work did however leave a great impression on me, as several years later I sit in my studio and think of this image.
